Our Aim

Macao Integrated Management Systems (MIMS) aim is to achieve customer satisfaction by providing services, training and consultancy to assist its customers in achieving and maintaining their defined goals.

This statement is issued to clearly indicate the commitment of MIMS to excellent management practices.

Our Services

We are a management consultancy committed to excellence. Established in 2002, our company is wholly Australian owned, and was initially formed to provide a support service to those in the Transport Industry. Since its inception three years ago, the melding of Macao Consulting and Robin J. Page & Associates has flourished and has expanded its management consultancy to embrace other industries and other aspects that drive businesses today.

There are many ways MIMS can assist your company in becoming more profitable and efficient. We can assist with:

• developing and maintaining your integrated management system;

• achieving certification to ISO 9001:2000 Standard;

• provision of internal auditing and monitoring of your current integrated management system;

• advice on Occupational, Safety and Health issues, including the development of Safety Plans;

• production and operations planning;

• problem-solving;

• MR WA HVA; NHVAS and Trucksafe auditing and accreditation

• business analysis presentation - identifying outcomes and resolutions.

For the Transport Industry, we continue to provide assistance in the following areas:

• MR WA HVA and NHVAS auditing and accreditation;

• F1 and Fatigue Management Training and certification;

• Assistance with the development and implementation of systems to comply with both MR WA and NHVAS requirements;

• Where required, advice on HACCP issues in both storage and transportation.
